The History Center’s preferred caterers have been selected carefully in the interest of providing a variety of menus and styles, guaranteeing quality service, and assuring that events run smoothly.
Use of a caterer from the list is required of all clients. Caterers not on this list are not permitted to service events at the History Center. Preferred caterers may be charged fees for inclusion on the list and may choose to pass these fees on to the client.
